Description
Joe Bette Barrett House. This house is located .9 mile SE of Allen Springs on Route 240, then 900' NE. The original A frame was built in 1973 by Joe Barrett, but the Kinkels duplicated in exactly in 1977. It even has a solar unit for hot water, which may be among the first in the area. This is very unique architecture for this region.
