Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 2008. Correspondence and genealogical material relating to an alleged inheritance from the estate of William Buchanan, a cousin of President James Buchanan. Includes a press statement to claimants issued by New York Governor Franklin D. Roosevelt that the estate was fictitious and pursuing claims would be fruitless.
