Abstract

Original land grant, 1798, December 17, by which James Garrard, Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, granted to Maj. William Croghan, assignee of John Cobb, 666 2/3 acres on Caney Creek, branch of Pond or Caldwell Creek.
