Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 2931. Materials relating to Tim Lee Carter, a Tompkinsville, Kentucky physician and member of the U.S. Congress from 1965-1981. Includes clippings, biographical data, correspondence relating to medical malpractice legislation, and programs, memoranda and publicity relating to the opening of the Carter Congressional Collection at Western Kentucky University. Also includes a pencil sketch of Carter.
