Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 3648. Letter, 16 March 1955, from U. S. Congressman Frank Chelf to Mrs. Laura Hornback [sic], Bardstown, Kentucky, extending congratulations on her 95th birthday. Affixed to the letter is a postage stamp-sized photograph of Chelf.
