Abstract

Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 1744. Photocopy of court trial of William P. King, Charles Smith, Abner Owen and seven others for the murder of Harvey King. Defendants and victim had all participated in a previous train robbery. Includes testimony, instructions to the jury, and order of execution.
