The train company is not identified on the car, but it is believed these are troops that trained in Savannah, Georgia, possibly the Kentucky Third Infantry, during the Spanish-American War. From Savannah they would have been taken to Florida for transport to Cuba. This is one of a number of photographs collected by Frank M.
