Finding aid only for Folklife Archives Project FA 1091. Student folk studies project titled: “Churning and Molding Butter,” which includes survey sheets describing the traditions and practices of butter making in Edmonson County, Kentucky. Sheets include informant’s name and address, practice, and text classification or photo, name and description of tool.
