Abstract

Finding aid only for Folklife Archives Project 813. This collection “Hog Killing on the Farm”describes the slaughtering process on the Robert Hall farm in Crestwood, Oldham County, Kentucky. Narrative is in interview format and is illustrated with photographs. This information was collected by Western Kentucky University student Edward B. Barr for credit in a folklore class.
