Abstract

Finding aid and scan (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 1407. Certificate, 4 March 1933, issued to Samuel Dennis, Fayette County, Kentucky, pardoning him of the crime of maiming. Governor Rudy Laffoon's name is imprinted on the certificate, but it is signed by Lieutenant Governor A.B. Chandler.
