Abstract
Finding aid and typescript of a letter (click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Collection 345. Correspondence, legal documents, and sundry material related to the Meador, Richards, and Johnson families chiefly of Simpson County and Logan County, Kentucky. Also includes documents and correspondence from the King and Garrett families of Robertson and Sumner County, Tennessee. The attached letter is from R. M. Latimer to Caroline Garrett and discusses the death and burial of her brother, Wilbur F. King, in Cuba in 1842.
