Abstract

Finding aid, scan and typescript (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 138. Response and counterproposal of Alexander Barnett, Sr., to an 1816 Ohio County, Kentucky Court subpoena to explain his objection to the establishment of a road through his land. Includes typescript of a 1934 newspaper article about a commemorative marker at Barnett's Station in Ohio County.
