Abstract

Garnett, Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Parks, as an officer in the Hopkins County and Kentucky Colored Independent Voters Leagues, requests assistance, including monetary aid to promote the recruitment of African- Americans to Kentucky’s Democratic Party.
