Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 3472. Letter, 15 August 1875, of Zachariah F. Smith, Eminence, Kentucky, in reference to a report and map of the Cumberland & Ohio Railroad Company. The letter outlines some steps to be taken, in Smith's opinion, for the development of this intended trunk line south from Cincinnati, Ohio, including the need to secure additional financing. The report and map are not included.
