Abstract

Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 1731. World War II military correspondence, chiefly Christmas greetings, to Union county, Kentucky native Harold Franks. Also certificates, news clippings, photos, and funeral notices of Franks and his wife Anna Louise (Schaaf) Franks. Includes an unusual rolled letter sent to Franks containing notes from 64 Morganfield, Kentucky citizens.
