Abstract
Articles of incorporation for the WKU Alumni Association created by Henry Cherry, J.R. Alexander, Mattye Reid, J.Lewie Harman and Clay Haynes. The association was incorporated in order to be able accept donations and make student loans. The articles of incorporation provide for the election of a five member board of directors and officers.
