Letter from Sindar Gokhale of Poona City, India to the mayor of Bowling Green transmitting 3 copies of a prayer for the return of the 1918 victory over Nazi Germany in World War II. Prayers were to be distributed to the public library, Ogden College and Western Kentucky University.
