QSL card received by WB4DQM from Ramon P. Sanchez, Madrid, Spain, image of Monasterio De El Escorial, from UA12/2/5 WKU Amateur Radio Club records. QSL comes from the ham radio Q code meaning "Do you confirm receipt of my transmission?" and the response "I confirm receipt of your transmission." Amateur radio operators at WKU received many QSL cards from around the world confirming that their transmissions had been received.
