Top view of oak and sheet metal single pedestal school desk. Oak seat and top. The top includes a pencil tray and a hole for an inkwell, while the seat folds up. Book compartment is made of sheet metal painted green. The base of each foot or leg is made of three loops of metal. Manufactured by Theodor Kundtz in Cleveland, Ohio. Used in College Street School which was razed in July 1961. This desk measures 24" x 33" x 32".
