Description
"Culture Hero Masterprint: Jill Johnston Exposed: Special Issue." Twenty-eight offset lithographs in corrugated cardboard and metal portfolio. Individual pages measure approximately 23 x 17 inches.
Note: Born in Ireland, Les Levin was a well known conceptual artist who moved to New York City in the 1960s and from 1969 to 1970 he published "Culture Hero," a monthly art magazine. This "portfolio" is a reprint of issue number 3 in a large format edition. Acquired with the assistance of the Martin S. Ackerman Foundation.
