QSL card received by WB4DQM from Andy Velas of HP9FC/MM, Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada with image of a commercial fishing boat in North Bay Harbour. QSL comes from the ham radio Q code meaning "Do you confirm receipt of my transmission?" and the response "I confirm receipt of your transmission." Amateur radio operators at WKU received many QSL cards from around the world confirming that their transmissions had been received.
