Abstract

The present problem is threefold:

1. To determine the status of Kentucky high school principals with reference to the size of the system in which they work, their professional training, and their experience.
2. To determine the status of the Kentucky high school principals from the facts presented with reference to their duties and activities.
3. To determine the status of Kentucky high school principals with reference to their earnings and to make a comparison with the earnings of the classroom teachers.
