Abstract

The primary purpose of this investigation is to determine whether thyroid glands may be maintained on a supplemented Ham's F-10 medium and to determine whether this tissue culture may be used under experimental conditions to study the effects of cortisone acetate on thyroidal I¹³¹ uptake.
