Description
February - The students and faculty of WKU took an active part in the "Whirlwind Campaign" and worked for the enactment of the education legislation of 1908 and particularly for the passage of Bill No. 140 which appropriated $150,000 for buildings and $50,000 for maintenance of WKU.
February 21 - 300 WKU students meet Henry Cherry at midnight at the L&N depot to celebrate passage of education appropriations Bill No. 120.
April - Flora Stallard is first recipient of the WKU Life Certificate.
