Abstract

Finding aid only for Folklife Archives Project 528. Collection consists of oral history interviews with various contemporary and former residents of Russell County, Kentucky conducted by Western Kentucky University folk studies students and Bobette Buster. Topics include the building of Wolf Creek Dam, teaching in rural schools, gospel music, logging, and local tourism.
