Personal and business papers, 1905-1935 (293 items), of Herdman, an attorney of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and assistant attorney general of Kentucky, 1936-1947, and legal papers, 1884-1934 (867), from his practice in Bowling Green which relate chiefly to civil and commercial matters in Warren County, Kentucky.
