Abstract

Finding aid for Manuscripts Collection 421. This collection contains War of 1812 correspondence between James A. Hall and his wife Prudence (Stockton) Hall (Click on "Additional Files" below for scans), as well as World War II correspondence between Charles and Novella (Tillery) Wininger, all of Barren County, Kentucky. Some letters with other correspondents, as well as family photos and genealogical information about the Hall, Stockton, and Wininger families is included.
