Abstract

Finding aid and scan (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 894. Proclamation issued by Arthur St. Clair, governor of the territory of the United States northwest of the Ohio River, for the legislature of that area to meet at Marietta on 10 March 1795 to consider matters pertaining to the welfare and prosperity of the people living in that region.
