Original land grant, 1823 October 30, by which James Monroe, President of the United States of America, granted Silvanus Bourne, assignee of Gabriel Coil, assignee of A.L. Langham, assignee of Benjamin W. Ladd, assignee of Nathaniel G. Morris, 18 acres on Deer Creek in Ohio.
