Abstract
The purpose of the article is not to provide advice about how to build a nonprofit education and leadership program. It does not provide a case to be used in promoting the program of study in higher education or the field of practice. It is instead the sharing of some reflections from an important leader in our field that are offered to help inform the future that we are creating together. In each section of the interview, I offered Michael O'Neill a set of questions to consider and then sat back and listened. The results can be useful to anyone interested in building or improving the nonprofit education and leadership, inside and outside of higher education.
