Abstract
"The Little Colonel: Memory, Imagination and Kentucky" is a curator's choice exhibit which McDaniel guest-curated while on the faculty of Carson-Newman University. Housed in gallery A of the Kentucky Museum at Western Kentucky University, the exhibit ran May 1994 - April 1995. It displayed artifacts and books from Library Special Collections and the Kentucky Museum, along with artifacts borrowed from Little Colonel collectors and museums. Many of the quotations in the exhibit are drawn from McDaniel's research.
