Abstract

Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 3175. Handwritten note of Mary Alice Kimbrough, 8 January 1982, to Dorthy Bailey Johnston, thanking her for a Christmas gift of homemade bread, describing a family holiday reunion, and enclosing handwritten recipes. Ms. Kimbrough, who suffered from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, took great pains with her printing and these recipes and note exhibit her exceptional hand.
