Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 1865. World War II letters, 1943-1945, sent from Joseph Valenci, California and the Pacific, to Virginia Fulcher in Owensboro, Kentucky discussing military life, his love of America, and his thoughts on the war. Includes printed material related to the Battle of Iwo Jima and Fulcher's 1991 letter with biographical data on Valenci.
