Abstract
Nonprofit Leadership Alliance programs strive to teach core competencies through annual signature service learning community service projects. Students develop skills and confidence that prepares for careers in nonprofit organizations. This paper describes service learning projects that students plan and implement, thus developing and reinforcing core competencies.
