Abstract
This PowerPoint presentation was given at the Western Kentucky University’s Council of Academic Deans Research Retreat to familiarize the group with the concept of Institutional Repositories and to begin the first steps towards establishing one at WKU, to be called TopSCHOLAR™. Definitions, benefits, values, guarantees for success, and examples of content are included.
