May 12 - Crevasse Is - Rising water from the Cabin Teele and Winter Quarters forces refugees concentrated at Jonesville to evacuate.

May 28 - Sacrificial Loyalty Week at the Creeks Memorial Presbyterian Church, June 6-12, 1927 - Pastor M.R. Bryant - report on services held.

May 30 - Colored Deaths and Funerals - John Alexander - age 50, died at his home in Jonesville.

June 14 - Lost & Found - Pastor F.W. Browder - lost brown raincoat please return to Mt. Zion Church.

July 8 - Notice - Bill Hardin - Giving barbecue at his home.

August 16 - Water Lines - 15th Street - Six inch extension being run into Jonesville section.

December 9 - Colored Deaths & Funerals - Church Hill - Funeral services held at the Baptist Church and burial was in the White Stone Quarry.
