Abstract

Finding aid only for Folklife Archives Project FA 1079. Paper titled “Folk Structures in My Community” by Wendell S. Branstetter in which he presents information about vernacular buildings in Summer Shade, Metcalfe County, Kentucky. He documents a log structure and several I-houses in the vicinity. He includes photos, historical information, physical descriptions and information about condition of the structures.
