Abstract
Finding aid and scan (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Folklife Archives Project 1059. Paper titled “Schochoh—What’s That?” in which Dian Whitlock charts the history of Schochoh, the first town to be settled in Logan County. Whitlock also touches on fur trappers, the Chickasaw tribe, the birth of Cumberland Presbyterianism, and the current economic state of the community.
