Abstract
Finding aid only for Folklife Archives Project FA 1097. Paper titled “Winemaking” in which Maureen Stein describes the winemaking process from the planting and harvesting of the fruit, to the mashing and fermenting, and, finally, to the bottling and distribution. Paper is based on information collected by Stein from Stein’s uncle, William George Young, and contains color photographs of the various equipment used during the winemaking process.
