Finding aid only for Folklife Archives Project 362. Interview with Nancy Baird, former Kentucky History Specialist in the Department of Library Special Collections at WKU, conducted by Kimberly Schmitt on 27 January 1988. The interview focuses on Baird’s 1977 publication, Tradition and Progress: A History of Hummel Industries Incorporated. Based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, Hummel Industries is renowned for its stone-related services, masonry, and concrete repair.
