Civil War letter, Union, from David W. Poak, of the 30th Illinois Volunteer Infantry at Camp McClernand near Cairo, Illinois, to his sister Sadie J. Poak, New Castle, Pennsylvania. He discusses some maneuvers in western Knetucky, near Columbus and Paducah.
