Abstract

Finding aid only for Folklife Archives Project 785. This collection features a documentary about the culture within the kitchens of restaurants. Interviews were gathered from the kitchen, serving, and managerial staff of Mister B’s restaurant in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The project was completed by Western Kentucky University student Benjamin Clay Chapman for credit in an “Introduction to Folk Studies” class.
