Abstract

Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 2087. Outline for a paper: "Social and Economic Problems of Bowling Green" written by Geraldine Stephan. Her only topic was transportation, and she discusses the railroad, bus, steamboat, and trucking lines that serviced Bowling Green, Kentucky as well as upcoming postal airline service. She notes the amount of fuel sold and the number of service stations located within the city in 1929.
