Abstract

Finding aid and selected scans (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 2234. "Physician's Record" forms on which Della Cassidy Mosley, of Alvaton, Kentucky, recorded birth information about infants she delivered as a midwife in Warren County and Allen County, Kentucky. Includes blank forms as well as a photo of Mosley and her obituary.
