Abstract

Finding aid and typescripts (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 94. Letters, 1854-1855, written by E. S. Baker to his Kentucky parents, while seeking his fortune in Mississippi, which include comments on filibustering in Cuba. Also, letters, 1856, concerning his experiences as a member of Colonel Titus's unit which went to Nicaragua to aid William Walker in the Filibuster War.
