Abstract

Finding aid and scan of typescript (Click on "additional files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 137. Diary kept by R. A. Milligan, superintendent of the East family farm of the Shaker Society at Pleasant Hill, Kentucky. The diary records acreage cultivated, crop yields, planting and harvesting times, and general farm work. Includes some weather observations.
