Abstract

Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 2420. Letter from Howard Wiggins, manager of Pennyrile Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation, Hopkinsville, Kentucky, to R. L. Wolfe, Cerulean, Kentucky. The letter advises that the addresse's proposed electric line has been staked and that he may proceed with house wiring. A schedule of agreed contractor's rates for the work is included.
