Abstract
Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 2666. Deposition of Amos Rhodes, given at Brownsville, Kentucky, 25 September 1852, in connection with Henry Carlyle and William M. Gilkey v. Philip P. Phillips and Josiah Phillips, acase pending before the Circuit Court, LaRue County, Kentucky. The case involved a dispute over title to land in Hardin County, Kentucky that Rhodes had deeded to Philip P. Phillips.
