Abstract

Finding aid and scans (Click on "Additional Files" below) for Manuscripts Small Collection 745. Letters of the Rowan family, Bardstown, Kentucky, which include letter co-signed by John Rowan, concerning a Naval Academy appointment, 1828; letter to Rebecca Rowan about her son William passing his bar exam, 1859; letter to Rebecca from son John, 1862; letter from S. R. Rowan to brother John, 1861. Includes a Rowan family genealogical chart.
