Finding aid only for Manuscripts Small Collection 818. Facsimile of proclamation issued by Governor Thomas Elliott Bramlette to the people of Kentucky, to observe 4 May 1865 as a day of fasting, humiliation, and prayer because of President Abraham Lincoln’s assassination.
